How does the $299 pilot work?
You get 30 days of real service on one agreed job — one call flow for Voice AI, or one workflow for an AI agent. At the end we review the results together and you decide whether to continue. It never converts automatically.
What happens after the Voice AI pilot?
If you continue with the same workflow, the $750 setup fee stays waived. Your first ongoing invoice is $499 for Standard or $749 for Volume, plus any extras you approved.
What happens after the AI agent pilot?
If you continue with the Personal Business Assistant, the $299 pilot fee is credited toward the $750 setup, so your first ongoing invoice is $950 ($451 remaining setup + $499 first month), plus approved usage.
What if we go over our Voice AI minutes?
Extra minutes are $0.75 each, only within an overage budget you approve in advance. We set usage alerts, and near your cap new calls route to your team or voicemail as agreed — no surprise bills.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. After an approved pilot, service is month to month, billed monthly in advance. Cancellation timing and access handoff are confirmed in your proposal.
Is AI model usage included for AI agents?
Model/API usage and paid third-party services are separate. Where practical you pay the provider directly, and we agree a budget cap before any paid usage is enabled.
